Bacalao
Bacalao is the one on top, salted codfish. Below are ham hocks (patitas de cerdo), salted pork (tocino) and Dominican Salami. The fish on the right below is smoked herring (arenque). They also sell tasajo, which is, as the sign reads, dry cured beef. I'll eat everything but the smoked herring since they look like they belong to the fossil record. =)
