The weather is permitting so I have now been able to start my daily 6 mile bike ride around the lake,through the woods on some fantastic trails. It is the most enjoyable experience of my day. I find it extremely soothing for my mind and body. It gives me some quiet reflection time and a good work out to get that blood pumping.
My husband so kindly bought me the cool bike. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning getting their first bike. I am a lucky girl. I think this is the best present EVER! :)
