The panelist share a laugh with each other during the taping.
A live taping of the U.S. Farm Report College Roadshow
took place Thursday, Oct. 14, at Traditions Plaza on the University of Missouri campus, hosted by CAFNR alum Tyne Morgan.
As the Mizzou Tigers prepare to take on the Texas A & M Aggies, it was a battle of the economists during the 2021 College Roadshow. CAFNR students came to cheer on CAFNR in a competition for the best student sign. Mizzou NAMA won the sign challenge and received a customized University of Missouri/Golden Harvest corn hole set as a prize. CAFNR also gave $1,500 in cash that was divided and donated to the five student organizations that showed impressive Mizzou spirit during the live taping on Thursday.
Panelists included University of Missouri economists Scott Brown and Ben Brown, along with Texas A & M’s Joe Outlaw. Seth Meyer, USDA’s chief economist, also made a special appearance.
