This book co-written with my cousin features recipes and stories inspired by movies and novels.
The above shows the lay-flat book jacket(image part) with the front panel on the left and the back panel on the right. The left depicts book reading, the right dvd movie watching.
The images were cropped for the cover. The originals(see below in the comment box) are horizontal, while the traditional layout of the literature cover provides a vertical box for art. In order to make them fit, the book designer had to extend the front part of the table(in the right image) in photoshop, aligning left and right.
You would probably remember A Break which was sort of a practice for the left image and had been asked by another publisher for licensing. ;)
