From left to right:

Bacon, Coffee and Chocolate cupcake.

Gluten Free Cupcake.

Lemon Cupcake (Replace half the milk with Lemon Juice and zest.

 

The bacon one was okay, but the bits need to be really really well crumbled, otherwise they mostly sink.
