Into the light
I've had a few days break from Flickr due to the Christmas craziness, but that doesn't mean that I didn't work on my photography. I've actually had some major breakthroughs regarding photoshop and photoshop actions and textures (as in... learning how to use them and how they work) and this picture is the first picture that I've completely edited in Photoshop only, with no help from Lightroom (I'm planning on using Photoshop and Lightroom together, but right now I'm trying to figure out Photoshop stuff as I'm pretty new at it). I almost added a texture to this as well, just because I now know how, but decided that that might be a bit over the top. I'll upload some textured stuff here at some other time. :)
Anyway, I hope you all had a good Christmas (or just winter holiday if you don't celebrate Christmas) and I'll ge working on catching up with all your pictures ASAP. :)
p.s. For those of you who use photoshop actions, which ones are good? I've just bought a load of Florabella ones and Anna Gay ones because I've admired them for ages, but as I'm usually a Lightroom/preset user, I don't know what other actions are out there/worth getting.
