It's a Monday night again which means we are eating dinner at 8:30 after Connor's rehearsal. Tim made this yesterday so we were able to just warm it up when we got home. This is clam chowder ala Tim. Instead of potatoes it's made with root vegetables, hence the orange color. Oh so tasty though.
