I edited this image with the

'BB BNW streetpack presets' which include 20 easy to use presets

and 12 brushes/radial/grfilters presets.

(Works in lightroom classic,cc and mobile, also in photoshop acr)

 

I enhanced the mood with bb bnw preset number 12 and added some dark brush strokes also from the brush presets
