the grandest of them all
I have been looking through some files from my last trip to the USA recently and as is often the case, I am finding some interesting images amongst the thousands of photos that never really caught my eye previously.
This was from the only morning I spent at the Grand Canyon. Shooting here was one of my bucket list shoots and lucky for me, I was able to shoot both a sunset and a sunrise from the south-rim. We had managed to secure accommodation at the El Tovar Hotel, which for those who don't know, is perched pretty much right on the edge of the Canyon within the Grand Canyon N.P. A mind-blowing experience.
One thing I came away understanding better is that the GC is one hell of a hard place to photograph well. I don't have many worthy keepers form my shoots here but that's all the more reason to go back and do it again
