Morning Marine Layer at Point Arena (HFF)
A dense marine layer pours off the ocean at Point Arena CA. The land here is part of the Point Arena-Stornetta preserve and is part of the greater California Coast National Monument. This area is home to some of our greatest natural treasures.
I look at this image and I long to stand here again in the not so distant future. I take heart and gain solace knowing that this landscape, thanks to the goodwill and hard work of many conservationists will persevere throughout time.
