Found a Place
I'm happy to report that after many days of torturous viewings, Marg and I have finally found our dream house. Excellent woodsy location, air conditioning, and good tires. The bed feels like its stuffed with corn cobs, but I figure I can sleep outside on a cot. I was a little worried about the rust colored water coming out of the faucets but after I let them run, it turned to a light brownish color. Just right for a senior couple looking to simplify their lives a bit.
