McWay Falls Afternoon
Last weekend I spent a day on the Big Sur coast and visited one of my favorite beach scenes... McWay Fall. I took both digital images with my Canon 20D (shown here) and some with Velvia 50 film, which I haven't taken in yet to get developed. This is the view in regular afternoon light, slightly overcast, nothing unique. I waited around until sunset but an approaching storm clouded up the distant horizon so there wasn't much of a sunset or magic lighting. But anytime is a beautiful time at Big Sur.
