Paracell V2 Undercut Protection

These images demonstrate the undercut protection built into the paracell scripts. On the left is a surface made up of coffer units which carve out triangular coffers normal to the surface. As the surface warps this begins to create undercut conditions as seen in the middle image which is then rectified by the undercut protection as seen on the right.

I'm looking forward to routing a piece of this when our router gets fixed this week. The renderings with triangular coffers are a bit harsh but when the toolpaths are all said and done I think triangular cells with .25" or .5" fillets (diameter of the bit) will look nice. Adding all of those fillets to the geometry would make the file very heavy, but factoring them into the design seems practical to me. Toolpaths are our friends.
