DR. LIGHT CREATED MEGAMAN TO STOP THE EVIL DESIRES OF DR. WILY.
HOWEVER, AFTER HIS DEFEAT, DR. WILY CREATED EIGHT OF HIS OWN
ROBOTS TO COUNTER MEGAMAN.
