Lobster Rolls

I have a friend who works on a fishing boat. Today, he brought us this big 4 1/2 pound lobster. The timing was perfect for treating Rose, Jay and family to lobster rolls on their Cape Cod vacation (our staycation). So, we kicked off the week with home-made lobster rolls!
