From our rented farmhouse base in Essex, we ventured out to a few spots along Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Today, we checked out a spot called Noblewood Park in Willsboro, New York. It's just north of Essex at the mouth of the Boquet River, with forest hiking trails and a beach on Lake Champlain.
