Fou' Foune is an apricot lambic of 5% abv. It poured a hazy, pale yellow color with a white head. Fruity, acidic aroma. Sparkling, tart mouthfeel. Fresh fruity flavor, more lemon than apricot, with a strong acidity. Wow! Dry, with a lingering fruity note in the finish. A wonderful, mouth watering fruit lambic!
