Prussian 1914 Electric Demonstrator Trains (4/4)
A close-up of the EB1/2 type electric slug of the Prussian state railroad in LEGO.
EB1 and 2 were manufactured by AEG in 1914; they consisted basically of the running gear and motor of an EG511-class electric locomotive, adapted for remote operation by a control car.
My model is unpowered, but the two clear headlights are fully functional. Note that the third headlight back then was not used as such, but for signaling purposes. For example, a green light as shown above would indicate an unscheduled train following.
