My over-exaggerated interpretation of a computer room that belongs to an incredibly devious hacker.
Hacking, in my opinion, is much worse than physically beating someone up. Hackers are definitely a threat, they can steal passwords and use computers as drones to infect other computers. If only they can put their programming skills to a good use, like making a good MMORPG/MMOG or designing a website for a company to use.
The Minifigure is not meant to represent anyone, and if it does than it is nothing but a coincidence.
