Taking the trash out

Florida East Coast Railway 3PM job with FEC GP40-2 413 is seen here doubling the outbound cut of Waste Management trash containers to send north on the night's 290, using the Old Balloon of Hialeah Yard to gather the cars.

The containers are 45' purpose built (from CIMC I think) and open top. The first containers appear to be empty with no tarp coverage actually...
