volunteer Pansy

CC rainbow game: yellow

 

This is the latest of the volunteer pansies to blossom in my garden. I don't recall ever seeing one with this color combination before. That is the wonder of planting pansies and surrounding them with large bark or wood chips. Pansy seeds cross pollinate easily (resulting in a delightful color array) and require darkness for germination.
