Christmas Waxwings
This winter is a good one for waxwings! There are good numbers throughout the country.A friend took me to see some last week in Burnley.However the conditions for photography were not good and the waxwings were skittish.These are from a previous irruption a good number of of years ago and show the beauty of these Scandinavian visitors.A merry Christmas to my followers and let’s look forward to a happy and healthy New Year.
