(After I pulled my mind out of the gutter and stopped thinking of boobies) I missed the sharpied-in apostrophe, and read this one as Twin Cesarean Section (and with the state of maternity care in this country, I'm probably right). But combine the DIY punctuation with the plate frame and this lady was letting the world know that her kids are a "Double Blessing" named Collin and Connor. Agh! Matching twin names! Cute on puppies, not on people. I do, however, love the "save the tatas" magnet.
