No texture or vignette added. I've been toying with the concept of another "obscured face" type series, but fumbling through ideas. I've tried things like smearing grease and dirt on a UV filter, and all sorts of tricks aimed at creating my own texture in camera. I picked up this piece of acrylic a while ago not sure how I'd use it, especially after realizing that it's pretty much as clear as glass without the film on it. Wait - why not leave the film ON? Problem solved.
Anyway, after shooting about 30 of these tonight, I'm not sure if I'm going to do anymore, so I'd like to consider this a belated shoutout to alibubba, who used a similar effect so masterfully and recently completed yet another awesome 365...
