Cloudy Contrast

This past weekend we headed up to Acadia for one last weekend of camping, hiking, and photographing before the bitter cold settles in for good.

 

We had wonderful adventures and enjoyed being out in nature. Our favorite part, we all agreed, was spending an afternoon with Flickr friends AJ and Sue.

 

The bokehed reflection of a cloud provides the perfect contrast for this red maple leaf. (I set it in the water. Shhhh.)
