Ken strives to be the perfect boyfriend for Barbie and is always there when Barbie needs him. Ken is humble, chipper and always smiling, or so he seems. He reconnected with Barbie shortly after she moved to Malibu from New York. Noticing how melancholy she was after returning from her time in New York, Ken offered Barbie support and friendship. That friendship quickly blossomed into romance and the two started dating exclusively. Ken considers Barbie his best friend aside from just his girlfriend and would do anything for her. He enjoys tinkering and experimenting with gadgets and fancies himself an amateur inventor. To Ken the experience of being on a reality TV show was something really foreign at first since he's not one to seek a spotlight. But at Barbie's request he put his trepidation behind him and allowed himself to be filmed for the show "Life In The Dreamhouse."
Since Jem and the Holograms became Maxine Universe canon, I decided to do the same for 'Life in the Dreamhouse' Barbie and Ken. Ken was a Masquerade Madness Hudson. He's dressed in the Dreamhouse Ken stock outfit to resemble how he appears in the webseries.
