An expensive cat
Alby spent the afternoon at the Vets today. He was having trouble swallowing and wouldn't eat or drink for a little more than a day. We knew he had eaten some grass I'd picked with some wild flowers at the park and thought some of that had gotten stuck in his throat. That might have happened, but if it did it had gone thru him by the time he got to the Vets. He had IV fluids, tests and his throat and mouth checked and x rays and was found to have tonsillitis and pharyngitis. He gets to keep the catheter in overnight until his check up tomorrow. He's eating again, but no purrs for now. Glad it wasn't worse.
