Really Want A Gender Neutral Chest Piece That Fits FR Ladies

“It took [me] minutes/ Took her nowhere/ Heaven knows she’d have taken anything”

“Well it’s not the side effects of the cocaine/ I’m thinking that it must be love.”

In David Bowie’s Plastic Soul era, spanning the albums Diamond Dogs 1974, Young Americans 1975, and Station to Station 1976, he musically moved away from the glam rock sound and into a “disingenuous soul” rock music fusion style. This wasn’t the best time in his personal life, and it is sad that he was struggling and his cocaine fueled persona started taking a dark turn. While a sad era for Bowie himself, I really appreciate the music and the way it led to his Berlin period (where he cleaned up and created my favorite of his albums: Low 1977.)

Iselin makes me sing Plastic Soul Bowie! I’m remembering the words to songs out of nowhere and listening to old tracks with a newer appreciation. She needs tailored suits with big shoulders and a more gender neutral chest piece!
