Cabot Kroger - Millennium Style
1295 West Main Street, Cabot, AR // Well, I was so excited driving up to this Kroger hoping I'd find another Bauhaus style Kroger. Unfortunately for me, this Kroger is a much more recent build with the millennium style decor. I'm can't recall now where I received the information that this was a Bauhaus Kroger. Oh well, I took some pictures. The best part of visiting this Kroger was talking with the manager. He told me he used to manage the Searcy, AR Kroger! He said it had the Bauhaus letting on the walls until this year, as I had confirmed on my visit there in June of 2013. He also showed me a picture on his Facebook page of the Bauhaus lettering! It was green, orange, and brown. Very 1970's looking! He told me about a store in Newport, AR that was still very old looking. Pictures of that store to follow. The manager also told me that this was indeed the only Kroger in Cabot.
