Explore the area and discover the April 1865 exhibit, located on Brown's Island, hanging over the James River and connecting to the Potterfield bridge, a popular biking and walking bridge. History is interpreted through medallions, monuments and exhibits. The Richmond Slave Trail connects through the Canal Walk. The old hydroelectric plant is adorned with a gallery of street art murals. There are over 75 restaurants and 40 attractions and activities within walking distance.
