The explanation: They are erecting a 90-meter high mast which will measure weather data for comparison with the generated output from the two new, gigantic windmills. (See earlier photos). The mast foundation is three tubes driven into the seabed, around which an island of stones has been created - all this will be topped by a concrete platform. The mast will be erected on the concrete platform by a crane from the rig.
