braised carrots

The carrots were braised in that same shiraz for about 6 hours, with a good deal of black pepper, and one whole red onion cut into large chunks. I love the Wilton Armetale bowl we got from Jimmy and Elaine for our wedding. I use it more than almost any other dish in our collection.
