MAPLE TREE RESTAURANT. 20 EXETER RD. BOURNEMOUTH. DORSET. JUNE 1964

This house was built in the early 1860s as Sunnyside, and it stood at the head of what was to become the drive leading to the Winter Gardens, but which was then known as Cranborne Gardens

It became the Maple Tree Restaurant before being demolished c1964, and was replaced by the present building, home to Klute nightclub, Strada Italian restaurant, Funki Sushi and others over the years.
