Bangladesh mute

This woman is a slightly retarded deaf mute in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She was suffering from terrible dental hygiene. I gave her a toothbrush. I came back a year later and her condition had greatly improved and I gave her a few more toothbrushes. I'll check back in another year to see how her progress is going.
