MegaDan's bar tab

So, after arriving in L.A., driving to San Diego, then surfing on Pacific Beach, we decided it was time for food and revelry.

Train called up Dan and MegaDan, and we decided to go to Big Kahuna Burger (ala Pulp Fiction) for some dinner (which consisted of three large orders of "Big Kahuna Balls", or BALLS x3 as our receipt said - think of gooey bread balls caked with cheese and garlic), then over to Society for drinks and billiards (with drunken Guitar Hero planned for afterward).

Well, somehow our third round of drinks went on MegaDan's card while we were waiting for a billiard table to open up, and so did every drink after that, hah! After an epic amount of drinking (in which we included our hot waitress, for shots) and some interesting rounds of pool (after which I promptly vomited onto the waitress's drink tray), we made it back to Train's place (a trip I don't really remember), where most of us became sick (I got real friendly with Train's kitchen sink (which was significantly better than a drink tray), and passed out (me on the floor, directly in front of the front door, which was awesome after being awake for 3 days).

In the morning, MegaDan was too sick to make it to his early flight and found this receipt in his wallet. It was glorious.

 

Meanwhile, we cleaned up Train's apartment (apparently I even puked on his roommate's bike during the night), ordered some delivery food (which helped a lot), then watched "Little Miss Sunshine" before leaving the state. I hadn't seen the movie before, and it was really good.

 

The beginning of our trip across America was a raging success :D
