Before the start

Early morning by the lake at Holme Pierrepont National Watersports Centre. During each race of a rowing regatta, the competing coaches yell full-volume encouragement to their crews, keeping level by pedalling along the waterside in a tight peleton. They show impressive bike-handling skill as they also video the race while avoiding collision and/or a watery grave.
