Southern Pale Chanting Goshawk (Melierax canorus)

Described as an opportunistic raptor, this Goshawk feeds on small mammals, frogs and birds.

 

I read that it gets its 'chanting' name from its strange vocalizations, but sadly didn't get to hear them.
