Invented by the German American engineer D. Petri-Palermo and Benjamin F. Bellow from Cleveland.

4 double magazines – total 8 different type faces. 1016 characters on the machine – split over the 4 magazines. 6 to 24 pkt. All 8 typefaces can be used on the same line despite the pt. size. No hand matrices.

5 casting forms. 127 typesetting keys on the keyboard.

Typefaces: Baskerville, Bodoni, Old Style, Caslon & Gothe etc. - in cooperation with Bauersche Gisserei in Frankfurt a.M.
