♫ a view ö_ö to a kill... and yoda owl rises again♫ - bubo sumatranus - wildlife from bali♫
ö_öwll right! this mad-looking owl with penetrating hollowed-like dark brown eyes and yellowish bill set in a pale face mask ô_Ô, is one of the larger owls to be found in the region *Java & Bali*. Ö_ö magnificent is its wingspan which can range from 37cm to 48cm *14’56’’ to 18’89” inches each wing*, Õ_ô and individuals range in length from 40 to 47 cm *15’74’’ to 18’50’’ inches*. well, Ô_Ô i was pathetically-frozen when i saw it in front of my eyes, truly imposing feathered creature.^o^
technical detail:- here, i used a nikon 77mm circular polarizing filter. ^_~ yeah, the polarizer is a marvelous tool for creating drama and isolation in a photograph. ò_ó the key word is tool. don’t relegate it to only making blue skies in scenics. ^o^ i use to improve the photograph technically. just remember that proper use of polarizer requires turning it until the light or bluish reflection is gone, and will cost two stops of light. ô_ô in many situations, this might be too high a price to pay to get rid of reflections:P… ^o^ lolols

ö_öwll right! esta coruja de olhar-irado, com seus olhos marrons-escuros e um penetrante olhar do tipo-oco-vazio ô_Ô e seu bico amarelado fazendo uma máscara no rosto pálido, é um das maiores corujas à ser encontrado na região *Java & Bali*. Ö_ö magnífica é a sua envergadura que pode variar de 37cm para 48cm *cada asa*, Õ_ô e os indivíduos variam em altura de 40 para 47 cm. bom, Ô_Ô eu fiquei pateticamente-congelada quando eu a vi na frente dos meus olhos, verdadeiramente, uma criatura emplumada imponente.^o^
detalhe técnico:- aqui eu usei um filtro polarizando circular de 77mm da nikon. ^_~ sim, o polarizador é uma ferramenta maravilhosa para criar drama e isolamento em uma fotografia. ò_ó a palavra chave é ferramenta. não somente para fazer céus azuis em paisagens. ^o^ eu uso para melhorar a fotografia tecnicamente, neste caso para suavizar a luz do meio-dia. somente é preciso lembrar de usar o polarizador de forma adequada, requer girá-lo até que a reflexão clara ou azulada seja eliminada e valerá duas paradas de luz. ô_ô em muitas situações, isto pode ter um preço ser muito alto à pagar para se ver livre de reflexões:P… ^o^rsrs
