The oldies continue
Having missed it a few weeks back, when it was taken out of service at Guildford, I thought I'd blown my chance for a last shot of Stagecoach Hants & Surrey 33020 (T593 CGT).
I believe it's usually to be found out of the way, on Haslemere town service 59.
It showed its face on the 72 yesterday though, and today, I was very surprised to see it out Hampshire way on Farnborough - Camberley route 2.
It looked most out of place in Farnborough for some reason!
The Hants CC bus cuts from 4th January 2015 will see the Saturday evening service on route 2 withdrawn. There was only an evening service on one day of the week, as the funding for the evening services on Mondays to Fridays was withdrawn in the last round of HCC bus cuts.
HCC have also axed the funding for the hourly Sunday service, so Stagecoach are taking it on commercially (but only every two hours) from January.
