The steam engine rides were cancelled this year. The Ministry of Transport has decided that the Robert Bell steam engine's boiler needs re-tubing. I suspect they are right. It normally takes 4 hours to raise steam. Last year, it took 5 hours indicating that there were leaks in the tubing.
