Shot from the window of VIA Rail Train 64 during a rain storm. This structure is part of the rebuild of Oshawa station. From its shape, I think it may be part of a pedestrian bridge to the new island platform.

 

Note: On Dec. 31, 2011 I saw that this, indeed, had been erected to provide the basis for a pedestrian crossing of the tracks.
