CN Maintenence of Way 2

I first saw this device moving past the Belleville VIA Rail passenger station on the night of Sunday, Oct. 11/09. At the time I had no idea what it did. Now I think it collects old railway ties that have been replaced. This may be a rental as it does not sport a CN logo.
