Getting ready to in for a search and destroy mission. Much of this area had been defoliated. Agent Orange? I wonder how much of that dust we ate! Unknown to us at this time, the NVA were coming through this area from the Ho Chi Minh Trails in Cambodia a few miles away, on their way to Saigon for the Tet offensive.
