GI Joe Retaliation Zartan

A pretty nice figure, and he can actually carry all of his weapons. he also came with 3 interchangeable heads for his "disguise" power. He actually looks pretty cool with the Snake Eyes head on, but the others don't look so hot.

 

This figure lacks the ankle articulation of other more recent figures for some reason. Is Hasbro going cheap on the movie figures?
