The Montage Hotel will be a 214-room hotel built on Wilshire Boulevard one block east of Rodeo Drive. The hotel will include a spa, retail shops, restaurants and an additional 25 condo units on the top floor. In addition, the hotel promises to add 33,000 square feet of public gardens and open space. Total cost is estimated to be $200 million. The predicted opening date is Fall 2008.
