Ever Vigilant

Quilter's Newsletter Magazine bought this pattern from me and published it in their July, 2002 issue.

 

I made this quilt for my younger son, Aden, who was attending submarine school in Groton, CT, one summer as a Sea Cadet (Sea Cadets is a civilian program sponsored by the Navy for high school kids).

 

My son is currently an officer (and a gentleman) in the Army, serving in Iraq.
