The card is cropped correctly - it's the print (read as "stamp") is out of alignment.

 

Amazing thing is that all the ailments are in the smae order as in

this scan.

 

However, it seems to be missing the following items:

evil spirits, erectile dysfunction and weight problems.

 

Obviously, the good Mama and Prof weren't at university on those days.
