Shinjuku Gyo-en, in early December ()

Shinjuku Gyo-en is a large (58.3 ha; 144 acres) park and garden in Shinjuku and Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. It was originally a residence of the Naitō family in the Edo period. It is now a national park. The current configuration of the garden was completed in 1906. Most of the garden was destroyed by air raids in 1945 & rebuilt after the WWII.
