home, its good to be here, even though work never seems to cease

 

listening non-stop to wintersleep and explosions in the sky since the plane landed.

next movie purchase will be friday night lights

 

theres something about familiarity that intrigues me, but its lost every time the plane arrives back in the mountains.

 

coming home you find that everythings changed, yet nothings really different. everyones moved on, but still around. the smells, and the feeling of comfort are everywhere. a simple object brings back a flood of memories that hits you like a tidal wave, overwhelming the senses in the process.

 

you welcome the onset of exhaustion by the end of the day...because only one thing will follow.
